Pathologists must keep up-to-date by reading, study and research. A detailed knowledge of physiology, pathophysiology and all medical sciences is required.
Thoroughness, accuracy and extreme attention to detail are all essential to the practice of pathology. Pathology offers great opportunities for research, teaching and managerial experience.
