These don’t always turn up, but you should be prepared and have a basic knowledge of the specialty. There’s no point saying you want to do ENT if you are unfamiliar with grommets. Describing the signs of a bowel obstruction on plain films for a radiology interview, or describing levels of evidence (in an interview for any specialty) are the sort of questions which have been asked in the past.
