Career considerations

The early postgraduate (pre-vocational) years are an important time for young doctors to make decisions about their future career in medicine. There are a number of ways in which junior doctors can both improve their chances of finding a vocational training program that appeals to them, and ensure that they have a good chance of obtaining a training position when the time comes.
