The Spanish Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to an unforgettable experience; a Wine, Olive oil and Tapas tasting event (WOT).

Spain is now producing some of the best Organic Olive Oils in the world and we would like you to flavour them and enjoy some Spanish tapas and exquisite wines.

The tapas will be created by Javier Codina, award winning Chef, at the new tapas restaurant Gusto da Giannis … yes the same crew from Giannis restaurant, which means the food is guaranteed to be exquisite!

WOT will introduce oil expert Simon Field, who will execute a tasting using tiny oil tasting glasses. Dr David Colquhoun will speak on the health benefits of olive oil.

Simon, former Executive Director of the Australian Institute of Agricultural Science and a member of the Board of the Faculty of Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture of the University of Melbourne, will share his knowledge on how to identify a good olive oil and advise on the best currently available in the market.

Dr David Colquhoun, a practicing cardiologist, has been involved in extensive research for the International Olive Oil Council into the health benefits of olive oil.
