An interesting project funded by the Australian Research Council in partnership with Queensland Health and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners that will follow cohorts of medical students and graduate doctors through their career
The Doctors' e-Cohort Study aims to examine factors influencing the career decisions of Australian doctors and medical students, and the recruitment and retention of doctors in metropolitan, rural and remote regions.
