Student Electives Database

Medical electives are a great opportunity to experience medicine in a different culture or health system. Finding a reputable hospital or program in which to complete a medical elective can be a challenging task. The advent of the internet has certainly simplified the task, however finding something appealing remains a challenge. Medical electives may include working in a radiation oncology centre in London or perhaps working on a remote tropical island in Samoa. The University of Queensland Student Society has set up a database of medical elective reviews. This is an excellent resource for students wondering where to do their medical elective.
