The Cancer Council is hosting an essay competition for medical students. The winning student will attend the 11th International Summer School 'Oncology for Medical Students' in Groningen, The Netherlands (8-18th July, 2008). Information about the Summer School can be found here. This an excellent opportunity for medical students interested in a career in oncology.
Students are required to present an essay based on the topic "Cancer: Prevention is Better than Cure." The closing date for applications is April 30th. For further details click here.
