Podcasts are a new and growing resource. They are multimedia files, usually audio and increasingly video, that can be downloaded from the internet to computers and portable media devices, and can thus be consumed at an individual's leisure. In the past few years, radio stations, newspapers, and websites have been producing podcasts in abundance. There are already many websites that produce medically relevant podcasts, and we look at some of these in this article.
